What we keep

When you start a board we keep your email, so you can find your board again, and everything you add to it: names, gift ideas, links, photos and favorites. Anyone who knows the three secret words can see a board. Payments are handled by Stripe, which also receives your email and card details.

Facebook ad tracking

We use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms. It tells Meta which pages you visit here, when you start a board, and when you pay to keep one (with the amount). Meta also receives your browser and device details, your IP address and a Meta cookie. We use this to measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads work and to help Meta show our ads to people who are likely to find Gift Huddle useful. We never send your email, board names or anything on your board.

The pixel does not run at all for visitors in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, or when we can't tell where you are. It also stays off if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.

Your choice is saved in this browser and applies right away, in every open tab.
